This block interior has two distinct areas, one covered with hard paving, interspersed with jardinières containing various varieties of tree, and another covered with gravel, planted with pine trees and palm trees. Street furniture has also been placed there, and a new lighting system installed.
At present the block interior is for users of the day centre for the elderly, situated on the ground floor of the Palau Foronda. It is envisaged that in the future it will be made available to the general public.
