In one single space, a new home for the elderly and a neighbourhood library have been built, and a new block interior has been recovered. With this, the civic amenities of the Sant Antoni district have been considerably improved, and a new green space has been gained as well.

The new library, fronting onto Carrer Comte Borrell, acts as the entrance to the block interior and is distributed over five storeys.

This new block interior stands on the site of an old factory whose main chimney has been preserved. There is a children’s play area and a rest area where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
